Ducks

We raise mostly Khaki Campbell ducks, although we do have a breeding pair of Rouen ducks that produce striking green eggs. Duck eggs are delicious and rich in protein. Combined with our goat milk, honey and peaches, these eggs create the richest peach custard you’ll ever taste.

Guinea Fowl

Guineas are often referred to as “African chickens.” They are duel-purpose birds because they lay tiny, rich eggs and can be processed to eat. But we use our Guineas to control bugs (especially ticks) around the farm.

Turkeys

This year we are adding Bourbon Red turkeys to our aviary this coming year. These birds are a fan favorite for Thanksgiving.
